The Master Franchisee is Cartridge World North America’s partner and management representative. They are responsible for interviewing and recommending applicants for the awarding of a Cartridge World franchise. In addition they provide assistance in the initial development of the franchise store and with continuing operational support once the store is open.
Cartridge World is looking for individuals who have the capability to develop and manage a master franchise territory. The individual will need a business background in management and a resume of work history that supports working with people in a team environment while achieving success. A marketing or sales background is helpful, but not required. This is a people business and the most successful Masters care about helping others achieve success. The Master Franchisee will share in the revenue from franchise development and ongoing royalties.
Cartridge World has a large distribution facility in Berkeley, California where it supports franchisees nationwide. Plans call for the addition of 2 or 3 more facilities located across the country. Cartridge World will provide you with all of the inventory, supplies, and equipment for the initial start-up of your franchise and on-going business. Additionally, it has contracts with the largest suppliers and vendors to serve your needs. Cartridge World understands the importance of strong marketing and advertising to drive your business.
