Their costs and fees are a total investment of 24,800,000-39,200,000 US dollars, a franchise fee of 75,000 US dollars, an ongoing royalty fee of 4 percent, terms of agreement for 10 years, renewable, and renewal fee is the same as initial fee. They are ranked on at number 173 in 2006 of Franchise 500 and America's Top Global Franchises at number 133 in 2006. With at least 15 new hotels joining the brand in 2005 and an additional 25 Doubletree deals, they will increase their current hotel portfolio to 200 full-service hotels throughout North America and Latin America by 2008.
