Edible Arrangements
A franchisee is a powerful and effective process that includes the marketing, sale and distribution of products as well as services. Experience of the franchisor and the goodwill of the brand are the vital attributes for a successful franchise. The franchisor licenses the trademarks and techniques of doing business and performs the distribution of products or services through his associated franchises.
The Edible Arrangements concept was launched in East Haven, Connecticut in 1999. The company began franchising in 2001 in Massachusetts with additional stores quickly following in Connecticut, Georgia and New Jersey. Edible Arrangements is currently growing internationally, with stores throughout United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and United Kingdom.
Edible Arrangements specializes in creating delicious fruit designs filled with fresh strawberries, pineapple, grapes, oranges, cantaloupe and honeydew. Arrangements are guaranteed fresh and are available in a variety of styles and sizes. They are perfect for any occasion from happy birthday, thank you, congratulations and sympathy to business events, client gifts and employee appreciation. Each arrangement is made to order and can be customized with a jar of all natural fudge and a special occasion Mylar balloon. All ingredients are natural, no preservatives or sweeteners are used. Edible Arrangements is an exciting and unique franchise system that is growing throughout the country. As an Edible Arrangements franchise owner, you operate from a retail location where you and a small staff create and deliver fabulous fruit bouquets and fruit boxes. Customers can choose from a lovely assortment of fruit arrangements and a wide range of prices and sizes. The total investment varies from 150,000 to 291,000 US dollar, with a franchise fee of 25.000, an ongoing royalty fee of 5 percent, with terms of agreement of 10 years, which is renewable and a renewal fee of 2,000.
