Their total investment is 1.6 million to 4.3 million and their franchise fee is 40000 dollars. Their ongoing royalty fee is 4 percent and the term of agreement is 20 years which is renewable. The renewal fee is 5000 dollars. According to the Entrepreneur magazine of 2002 to 2006, Houlihan's has ranked 378th in 2006 in the Franchise 500 rankings.
