LDT, Let’s do Tea LLC is a MLM, multi-level marketing based operating business structure which unites direct marketing with franchising where individuals as an independent contractor associate directly with a parent company. These individuals are reimbursed based on their sales of products or service, as well as the sales achieved by the people they bring into the business.

LDT offers many training tools manual and tea guide, training video, business forms Compaq disk, monthly newsletters, annual conference and a private chat room to share ideas. Support is available at all times either from your personal sponsor or from the let’s do tea headquarters.

In their consultant benefits, you will receive 30 percent on all personal retail sales. When a consultant’s personal retail sales exceeds 1500.00 dollars in a calendar month, they will receive a 25.00 dollars credit toward any LDT product. This will help keep costs down. You will earn free catalogs on parties over 500 dollars and get deeply discounted prices on teas and other food items. As you build a team under yourself, you will earn 3 percent of your personally sponsored consultants, 2 percent of their personally sponsored recruits, and ½ percent of their personally sponsored recruits.

In team leader benefits, after sponsoring five personal consultants you will be eligible to become a team leader and receive team leader benefits such as an additional 1 percent of your down line's retail sales for all three tiers. Plus you can earn an annual three day, two night LDT team leader’s company trip to Mexico. As an area manager you will be eligible to receive an additional half percent on the fourth tier of your down line. Plus you can earn an annual five day, four night annual LDT area manager’s company cruise and free admission to the annual LDT conference.
