Silpada Designs
Silpada Designs is a MLM or a multi-level marketing based operating business structure which unites direct marketing with franchising where individuals as an independent contractor associate directly with a parent company. These individuals are reimbursed based on their sales of products or service, as well as the sales achieved by the people they bring into the business.
Silpada Designs, co-founders are Bonnie Kelly and Teresa Walsh, started the company in 1997, after six years of personally selling jewelry at parties. Bonnie and Teresa work with artisans from all over the world to design Silpada's unique sterling silver jewelry. Because the jewelry and extraordinary accessories are handcrafted, each piece varies. Individual artisan details make each piece slightly different from the next.
Silpada Designs is proud to be a member of the DSA, Direct Selling Association and Silpada's CEO, chief executive officer Jerry Kelly, is honored to be on the DSA's Board of Directors. The DSA is the national trade association of the leading firms that manufacture and distribute goods and services sold directly to consumers.
