Taste of Gourmet is a MLM, a multi-level marketing based operating business structure which unites direct marketing with franchising where individuals as an independent contractor associate directly with a parent company. These individuals are reimbursed based on their sales of products or service, as well as the sales achieved by the people they bring into the business.

Their corporate name is Antique Mall Ltd and they have been in business since 1972 in the middle of a cotton field in the Mississippi Delta. They know their name is a little unique for a specialty food company, but it makes a really good story.

Their family and their company, Taste of Gourmet, have deep roots in the gourmet food industry. Since 1972, they have been making people happy with food. They started selling the Pate to customers by mail order and it won the Outstanding Hors d’Oeuvre award at the International Fancy Food Show in New York in 1990. Since that time they have won numerous awards for their Catfish Pates and their Pie Mixes.

They learned that putting a bite of Smoked Catfish Pate or Praline Pie, into someone’s mouth was a sure fire way of selling him on the product and that realization, in 1996, led them to their dream of starting Taste of Gourmet. They joined the DSA, Direct Sale Association in 1998 and in 2000 Taste of Gourmet was included in First Magazine’s list of five top Direct Selling Companies.

Their products are truly delicious and their Consultants and their customers are their highest priority. They have already been in business for over 30 years. This business is also their family's history and they thank you for sharing that business with them and being a part of their family.
