Warm Spirit is a MLM or a multi-level marketing based operating business structure which unites direct marketing with franchising where individuals as an independent contractor associate directly with a parent company. These individuals are reimbursed based on their sales of products or service, as well as the sales achieved by the people they bring into the business.

Started by two friends, one with a business and arts background, and a woman with a social change and activism background, Warm Spirit came into being six years ago. In that time, they expanded their business, their product line and their all-important team of independent consultants. What hasn't changed is their commitment to serve women of color, all women and all people, with superior botanical products and their belief that a strong and diverse and self-actualized body of consultants is their greatest strength.

Their focus has now expanded to include all women and their loved ones. By addressing the needs of one special and often disregarded group, it turned out that they have created as well a tremendous company with excellent products for everyone regardless of race and an empowering sales and marketing plan. Their racially diverse team and their rainbow of consultants ensure that they practice what they preach. The essence of Warm Spirit continues to be women of color and they have enhanced this essence with attention to the well being of all women and their loved ones.
